Complaints / EnquiryA customer can make a complaint or an inquiry to the SESB office where his/her account is maintained. The complaint or inquiry may be made in person, through telephone or by mail depending on the situation and the nature of the complaint he/she wishes to forward. Complaints regarding power failure are best channel through the nearest SESB office. Inquiries on procedures for electricity supply application, disconnection of supply, reconnection of supply, or any other matter pertaining to the electricity bill can be made at the respective SESB office.
