If you feel that the meter in your premises is not recording accurately or moving too fast please submit a written complaint to the nearest SESB office.

For a minimum charge of RM 5.00, SESB will install a check meter to determine the accuracy of the meter. If it is found that the original meter is operating outside the normal speed by more than +-3%, it will be replaced with a new one and the testing fee will be refunded to the customer. But if the consumption recorded is within -+3%, and then the meter will not be replaced and the testing charge will not be refunded.
