Kota Kinabalu - On the 20th August 09, the load shedding has worsened due to trippings of sets of Independent Power Producers (IPP) powerplants at IPP Libaran, Sandakan and IPP Biomass Plant at Seguntor totalling to 41MW loss. As Sabah current generating capacity are dependent on 55% power generation from IPP, the present system availability and stability is depending on how quickly the above powerplant and our machines can came back into the system.
